I have been smashed with emails about this below topic. I trust this will help.
Johan, can you explain to me what is going on in my head please?
Sure can.
You are waking up.
Many people who explore personal growth are beginning to experience a shift in consciousness. We were all part of a 3D way of thinking and a very closed off mentality that life is just how it is.
Be born, learn, get a job, get married, get a house, have children, grow old, become a grandparent, retire, pass away.
People who talk about 5D consciousness often describe it as living from love rather than fear, unity rather than separation, trust rather than control, presence rather than constant worry about the past or future, compassion instead of judgment, intuition working alongside logic.
This doesn’t mean that someone in a 5D state never experiences sadness, frustration, or uncertainty. It simply means they tend to respond to those experiences differently.
Why you might be feeling out of sorts.
Feeling unsettled can come from many different sources, and it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re doing something wrong spiritually. It could be that you are processing emotional experiences that you’ve been too busy to acknowledge.
You’re in a period of personal change where old beliefs or habits no longer fit, but new ones haven’t fully formed. You are physically or mentally exhausted, making everything feel more intense.
Life circumstances have created uncertainty or stress. You are becoming more aware of your thoughts and emotions, which can initially feel uncomfortable.
From a spiritual perspective, many people describe these periods as times when old patterns are coming into awareness so they can be understood and changed. Whether or not you see it that way, periods of reflection and change are a normal part of personal growth.
A 5D approach to this feeling is instead of asking:
Why am I feeling like this?
Try asking:
What is this feeling trying to teach me?
What part of me needs compassion today?
What can I accept instead of resisting?
What small action would bring me back to peace?
The goal isn’t to escape uncomfortable feelings but to become curious about them.
A simple practice
Sit quietly for 10 minutes, take slow breaths and simply observe your thoughts without trying to stop them.
Then ask yourself:
If fear wasn’t speaking right now, what would my deeper wisdom say?
Don’t force an answer. Just notice whatever comes.
One thing to remember
Sometimes people who are deeply interested in spiritual development expect themselves to feel peaceful all the time. Healing and growth often involves periods of uncertainty. Those moments can become opportunities to better understand yourself, regardless of whether you describe the process in spiritual, psychological, or practical terms.
Remember I am here and have been where you are currently and trusting the process is so important.
Only Love
Johan xo
