We all have days where we may not feel 100% and on those days it may seem that things will not or do not look like they will improve anytime soon.
Did you know that those days are perfect.
‘What”? I hear you say?
Yes, perfect, if things were always the same, growth will never be experienced or achieved.
So have a think about this….
If you were to plant an apple seed today (an idea). It will be minimum 6-8 Years before it bears fruit. Depending on the nurturing and conditions that (idea) it is living in.
Pain is the button that is pressed for healing and growth to begin…
I might add that I do not wish pain or hardship on anyone… It is however part of your journey to freedom.
